What is a "Think Tank"?

 "The Leadership Think Tank" (TLT2) is a leadership training and advocacy organization. Through the education, community mobilization, program development, resource identification, and project administration, TLT2 serves as both an amplified voice and a strategic vehicle to empower and embolden local, national, and international issue advocates to address critical social issues that are negatively impacting their communities. 

TLT2 provides a both a vehicle and a voice to explore critical social issues. Our vibrant thought-leaders function as a collective voice for contemplative and purpose-driven reflections intended to frame, shape, train, empower, and embolden local leaders to usher in community change. 

We will work with you to think strategically about how to drive change as well as provide partners with the necessary toolset for action. Not only do we provide thoughtful advice, we equip individuals, organizations, socially responsible corporations, community-minded businesses, and communities to take action!
